Parking

Shuttle:

Due to limited parking on and around campus, a shuttle will be available from an offsite parking lot to UW-Stout. The morning shuttle will pick-up passengers at the Dunn County Fairgrounds beginning at 7:30 am and run until 9:00 am. After the conference, the shuttle will board UW-Stout's Memorial Student Center at 4:15 pm and run until approximately 4:30 pm. The Dunn County Fair Grounds is located on the East side of Menomonie just south of Highway 12/29 and the entrance to the fairgrounds is on 17th Street SE.

On-site Parking:

For those attendees who prefer to park onsite, both metered and non-metered parking are available on the streets around campus at your own expense. A campus map can be found at Maps & Directions. Be aware that parking on or near campus is not guaranteed and that parking permits for campus lots will not be provided.

Refunds

All cancellation notices must be received in writing (email is acceptable). A full refund will be granted through January 31. Cancellations on or after Feb. 1 and through March 4 will be granted less a $30.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made on or March 5. Substitutions may be made anytime prior to the start of the program.

Program Changes and Cancellations

The conference reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each registrant if a program is canceled. If a program is not held for any reason, the University's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.

Accessibility/Special Needs

If you need disability-related accommodations or have any special needs for this program, please notify Professional Education Programs and Services by March 1.
