Eli Aba finished University of Ghana in 2004 with Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He published his undergraduate thesis in German and Ghanaian journals. He has won so many awards including Head of State Award Scheme in Ghana, Scholar at his high school, and Outstanding Graduate Student at the Department of Applied Engineering and Technology Management, Indiana State University (ISU). He did his National Service at 37 Military Hospital in Accra, Ghana for one year. He also worked for about one month for Myroc Group (tuna processing company) and other companies in Ghana before enrolling in a Master’s program in Food Science.

He started his Master’s program in Food Science at the same University in Ghana in 2006. He decided to apply to colleges in US and got admission to ISU and graduated with a Master’s degree in Industrial Technology specializing in Packaging Technology in 2010. Also, he graduated with a PhD in Technology Management specializing in Quality Systems in 2013.

He is an ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate and has a host of others such as Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Senior Technology Manager, and Certified Senior Technical Manager. He belongs to several associations such as American Society for Quality and Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering.

Currently, he teaches Production and Operations Management, Project Management, Quality Engineering, Lean Enterprise, and Enterprise Resource Planning.
