Live Your Dreams Scholarship 2022

The Live Your Dreams Scholarship was created to help students achieve their dreams by providing financial assistance for their college education.

The winner will receive a one-time $1,000 scholarship to be applied to qualified expenses, including undergraduate tuition, fees, books, and on-campus room and board for the 2022-2023 academic year.

To be eligible for the KURU Footwear Live Your Dreams Scholarship 2022, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a citizen of the US
  • Incoming freshman, and college sophomores, juniors and seniors entering the Fall 2022 Semester
  • Have a minimum 2.5 GPA
  • All fields of study are eligible
  • Be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university for the Fall 2022 semester
  • Submit a 300–500 word essay answering the following question: “What are your career aspirations and what would it mean to you to win this scholarship?”

Denise Bertucci Memorial Scholarship

The Denise Bertucci Memorial Scholarship fund was developed to recognize and encourage individuals who have returned to school after a break in their formal education. These individuals should exhibit a desire for self improvement and leadership abilities while at the same time being able to maintain an above average grade point. The scholarship was named the Denise Bertucci Memorial Scholarship to recognize the contributions this young woman made to her family, community and to the JCI Wisconsin (i.e. the Wisconsin Jaycees). These scholarships are sponsored by the Jaycees of Wisconsin Foundation, Inc., and given out annually.

NOTE: Applicants who have been previously awarded a Bertucci Scholarship are NOT eligible.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Applicant must be at least 22 years of age, having returned to college after at least two (2) years off. This scholarship is intended for applicants who have previously attended college.

2. Applicant must be a continuing student having completed a minimum of at least (2) two semesters of education since returning to school. Summer school does NOT apply and student must be enrolled in the upcoming term.

3. Applicant must be attending a WISCONSIN post-secondary institution pursuing a minimum of a two-year undergraduate program.

4. The student must be a full-time student as defined by the school they are enrolled at.

5. The applicant must have a 3.0 GPA based on a 4.0 scale. A transcript of grades must be included in the application packet submitted.

6. Three (3) single page letters of recommendation must be included in the application packet.

P.E.O Program for Continuing Education Scholarship for Women

The P.E.O. Program for Continuing Education (PCE) is intended to provide one-time need based grants to women who are citizens or legal permanent residents of the United States or Canada for use in completing a degree or certification necessary for improving or gaining skills leading to employment.  

  • The maximum grant is $3,000.
  • Lesser amounts may be awarded based on funds available in the current year’s grant budget and applicants’ individual needs.

A woman is eligible for recommendation by a local chapter if she:

  • Is a citizen or legal permanent resident of the United States or Canada;
  • Is enrolled in a certification or degree program from an accredited institution; has not already earned a master's degree or above
  • Is living and studying in the U.S. or Canada for the entire course of study;
  • Has had at least 24 consecutive months as a non-student sometime in her adult life;
  • Is within 18 consecutive months of completing her educational program
  • Is enrolled in an education program which, at the conclusion of, will lead to employment or job advance

A chapter recommendation must be submitted no less than eight weeks prior to the start date of the term for which the grant is requested; however, it cannot be accepted more than 14 weeks in advance of that date.

AIAS Foundation Scholarships

The AIAS Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS), has opened submissions for its annual scholarship programs benefiting students and early professionals in the video games industry. The AIAS Foundation Scholarships, WomenIN scholarships, and Girls for Gaming scholarships are provided to talented students and early professionals who aspire to make a mark in the games industry through their dedication, passion and interest in pushing forward the medium of interactive entertainment.

Included in the student scholarship is a $2500 tuition reimbursement for student applicants and a chance to participate in a mentorship program at the 2023 D.I.C.E. Summit, the leading video game networking conference for industry executives and professionals.

Custody X Change Single Parent Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements

In order to qualify for the Custody X Change Single Parent Scholarship, you must:

  • Have primary physical custody of one or more minor children

Sam Hennessee Scholarship

Applicants must be admitted into their respective programs, earning credits towards their degree, and meet all other requirements listed below. Students designated as “pre-med,” or “pre-nursing” do not meet applicant qualifications.

1) Student must be studying in a program for an Associate Degree in Applied Science or greater in the medical field.

2) Student must be a resident of Green Lake, Marquette, or Waushara counties, or have graduated from a high school located within listed counties.

3) Student must submit 250-500 word essay describing involvement with community and volunteer efforts. AX Control, Inc. is awarding a scholarship to one lucky student who best exemplifies his or her passion for our nation’s small businesses through creating a well-researched essay. Dr. James and Gail Haemmerle Scholarship

The Community Foundation of Dunn County is pleased to offer a full tuition scholarship to a non-traditional student to obtain an associate degree, technical diploma, or certificate program in any field of study. This scholarship is payable for two to five years. A new scholarship will be awarded annually.

Dr. James and Gail Haemmerle established a scholarship fund at the Community Foundation, motivated by their strong belief that education is the key that unlocks the door to success in life. 2022 Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship

The Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship is a college scholarship of $1,500 awarded to a high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student who has demonstrated outstanding achievement, participation and leadership in school activities and work experience, and interest in pursuing a career in the health and fitness related fields. The student may apply and use the money for education-related expenses, including tuition, fees, books, supplies, room, and board. The scholarship is sponsored by Michael Moody Fitness.

Applicants to the Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship must:

  • Be United States citizens or legal residents living or claiming residency in one of the 50 united states, Washington, D.C. or Puerto Rico.
  • Be current high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate students who plan to enroll full-time in an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States for the entire 2022-2023 academic year.

Barb Schmelzle Promise Award for Women

The Community Foundation of Dunn County is pleased to offer scholarships for women 18 years of age and older in and around Dunn County who wish to further their education. Barb Schmelzle was warm and welcoming and had a unique gift for connecting on a personal level with those she encountered by making them feel special and valued. After her passing in 2019, her family established The Barb Schmelzle Promise Award for Women Fund to help adult women pursue further education by providing them with financial assistance. One of Barb’s lifelong passions involved helping traditional and nontraditional female students achieve their academic dreams.

One scholarship award of $1000 will be granted to one eligible woman to remove any barrier to the pursuit of the applicant’s educational opportunities. The Responsify Empowering Others Scholarship

Our team at Responsify is wonderfully unique. We are a group of people who work with our many strengths to empower people, a value we all share. With qualifications and interests in strategizing, storytelling, designing and writing to name a few, we recognize that working together creatively is when things really take shape.

We believe that with the correct tools anyone can reach their aspirations and use their skills to empower others. Every year, Responsify awards a scholarship to those that present an inspiring example of empowerment in their essays.

The Little Bundle Superdad Scholarshi

At Little Bundle, we never underestimate the challenges that come with being a parent -- especially when you’re raising a family by yourself. 

We think it’s very important to recognize that being a single father comes with its own unique difficulties. Even though there are 2.5 million single dads in the United States (making up nearly a quarter of all single-parent households), single dads are often overlooked and underestimated. At Little Bundle, we know there are countless fathers doing an amazing job of shouldering all of the parenting responsibilities on their own. However, we also understand that the demands of single parenthood can make it very tough to focus on your own goals and aspirations. 

Eligibility:

- Must be a graduating high school senior in your final semester who has been accepted to a university or must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at a 4-year, 2-year, vocational, or technical institution in the United States.
