Meet the Dietitian
Sarah Sippl, RD, CD, has been a registered dietitian at UW-Stout in University Dining since 2016. She’s available to assist students by answering questions about nutrition, ingredients in our recipes, food allergies, managing medical conditions (as it pertains to nutrition), building a balanced plate, and providing general nutrition education. Sarah is also a ServSafe instructor and educates our staff about food safety. Her office is in 160 Price Commons.
